Clean eating // Green juice

After eating pop tarts for breakfast yesterday and feeling pretty rubbish all morning, I promised myself a much healthier breakfast today. I decided on a lovely healthy green juice 


If you would like to make the same one I put in- 2 small peeled apples, 
half a cucumber, 
4 small handfuls of spinach, 
a tablespoon of lime juice 
Then I topped it up to 2 pints with apple juice.

I blended it all with my hand blender keeping all the pulp for fibre. It was a bit thick so could have done with a bit of water I think, but the taste was delicious!
