Clean eating // Breakfast muffins

I'm aware eating a muffin for breakfast certainly isn't the healthiest option, however they'e better than a bowl of lucky charms. They contain carrot and apple, which not only is nutritious, but it also makes them super moist. They also contain chia seeds, so are high in protein and a touch of cinnamon which is always perfect in a carrot type cake.
