I find the best way to cut something out is to replace it with an alternative. So instead of deciding I can't eat tacos because they include carbs, I just replace the carb part. Here I have taken the taco shell away and replaced it with a nice lettuce like romaine or cos.
As you can see I still piled up my plate with everything else I wanted, I wasn't going hungry! The whole idea of eating low amounts of carbs, means you eat a higher amount of fat, so I piled on the cheese and sour cream without a worry! :)
