For the most part, I have been trying to eat less carbs. I haven'y cut them out altogether, I'm not trying to lose weight I just don't like how I feel sluggish and lethargic after I have eaten a lot of them.
As a whole though I have been clean eating, which maybe means different things to different people, but to me it is about cooking from scratch, eating no processed foods and generally eating healthier.

You cook the pork, shred it, then add it back in to the sauce and noodles. Really simple and really delicious!
